Saito Kuba Tsuruta syndrome

Overview

A very rare syndrome characterized by kidney abnormalities and an abnormal calf bone or forearm bone (ulna). Only a few cases of the syndrome have been reported.

* Infant respiratory distress * Short limbs * Short stature * Abnormal forearm development (ulna) * Abnormal calf bone development * Webbed fingers * Webbed toes * Small jaw * Underdeveloped ulna * Abnormal ears * Cystic kidneys * Underdeveloped kidneys * Truncus arteriosus * Excess amniotic fluid * Prominent forehead * Broad nose * Flat nose * Wide set eyes * Partial absence of mandible * Small penis
