Symptoms

  • Optic atrophy
  • Short stature
  • Cherubic facial appearance
  • Swollen cheeks
  • Prominent lower face
  • Enlarged jaw
  • Abnormal teeth
  • Thick gums
  • Impaired vision
  • Enlarged lymph nodes under jaw
