A rare condition characterized by diffuse sclerosis and clusters of capillaries in parts of the brain as well as a marbled appearance to the skin.

Symptoms

• Spastic diplegia
• Epileptic seizures
• Physical development retardation
• Mental development retardation
• Angiomatosis of cortex
• Angiomatosis of meninges
• Diffuse sclerosis
• Marbles skin appearance
• Progressive dementia

Causes

• Carotid artery aneurysm
• Occipital lobe lesion
• Parietal lobe lesion
• Pituitary tumor
• Stroke
