Overview

A very rare syndrome characterized by the association of congenital liver cirrhosis with Fanconi syndrome.

Symptoms

  • Jaundice 
  • Clubbed nails
  • Nail changes
  • Darkened skin
  • Fluid retention
  • Fatigue
  • Loss of appetite
  • Weakness
  • Weight loss
  • Abdominal pain
  • Spider-like blood vessels on skin
  • Itching
  • Growth retardation 
  • Irritability
  • Vomiting
  • Rickets
  • Diarrhea
  • Failure to thrive
