A very rare syndrome characterized primarily by unusual hair, retinal disease, dental problems and short fingers.

* Reduced body hair * Difficult to comb hair * Juvenile cataract * Short hand bones * Dental problems * Missing teeth * Extra teeth * Retinal pigmentary dystrophy * Mild mental retardation * Mild hyperactivity * Small teeth
