* Thick skin * Acne conglobata * Coarse face * Osteolysis * Enlarged gums * Short fingers * Camptodactyly * Mitral valve prolapse * Heart failure * Delayed tooth eruption * Vertebral anomalies * Contractures * Eventual loss of teeth * Kyphoscoliosis * Short stature
