* Facial abnormalities * Fluid buildup inside skull * Mental retardation * Retarded motor development * Failure to thrive * Infant death * High blood bilirubin levels in infant * Advanced bone age * Thick scalp hair * Infant feeding problems * Prominent forehead * Small eyes * Breathing problems * Long thin fingers * Increased muscle tone * Long foot * Long thin toes * Low set ears * Small jaw * Seizures * Brain abnormalities * Impaired joint mobility * Small mouth * Low hair line on back of neck * Increased body hair * Downturned mouth
