Overview
A rare syndrome characterized by a variety of abnormalities such as kidney anomaly, mental retardation, unusual facial features, heart problems and joint problems. Infant death or stillbirth may occur in some cases.

* Horseshoe kidneys * Severe mental retardation * Broad nasal bridge * Large chin * Open mouth * Heart defect * Heart conduction defect * Enlarged heart * Thickening of heart tissue * Breathing problems * Missing teeth * Cleft palate * Flat cheek bones * Prominent ears * Impaired joint mobility * Thin nostrils
