* Eye anomalies * Facial anomalies * Telecanthus * Protein in the urine * Myopia * Wide set eyes * Iris coloboma * Underdeveloped iris * Cataract * Detached retina * Sensorineural hearing loss * Flat nose bridge * Prominent brow * Large head
