Overview

A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by thickened skin on the palms and soles as well as spastic paralysis.

Symptoms

* Abnormal gait * Spasticity * Muscle disease * Thickened skin on palms * Thickened skin on soles * Leg weakness * Arm weakness
