A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by missing bones in one leg, cataracts and progressive spinal curvature.

* Progressive scoliosis * Cataract * Leg deformity * Missing leg bones * Absent femur * Lordosis * Vision loss * Foot anomalies * Imperforate anus
