Overview
McDonough syndrome: A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by mental retardation and multiple birth abnormalities such as heart defects, undescended testes, curved spine and distinctive facial appearance.
Symptoms
* Undescended testes * Congenital heart defect * Kyphoscoliosis * Upward slanting space between eyelids * Squint * Mental retardation * Diastasis recti * Large ear * Large nose * Prominent brow * Joined eyebrows * Short stature * Malocclusion * Prominent ears * High arched palate * Wide set eyes * Low set ears * Thin nostrils * Short upper lip groove * Simian crease * Sunken chest * Protruding jaw * Droopy eyelid
