Overview

McGillivray syndrome: A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by heart defects, skull and facial abnormalities and ambiguous genitalia.

Symptoms

* Ventricular septal defect * Patent ductus arteriosus * Small jaw * Undescended testes * Webbed fingers * Premature fusion of skull bones * Impaired joint mobility * Low set ears * Cleft palate * Broad nose * Downslanted fissures * Ambiguous genitalia * Cleft hand * Abnormal dermatoglyphics
