A recessively inherited disorder characterized by abnormal brain development (pachygyria), mental retardation and various other abnormalities.

* Mental retardation * Esotropia * Telecanthus * Wide set eyes * Mildly reduced neuromuscular tone * Mildly reduced deep tendon reflexes * Seizures * Developmental delay
