A rare progressive neurodegenerative disorder which starts involves features of parkinsonism and dementia.

Symptoms

* Language disturbance * Brain changes * Pyramidal signs * Mild cognitive degeneration * Inappropriate behavior * Abnormal eye movements * Asymmetric parkinsonism * Antecollis * Dysarthria * Postural instability * Falls * Slow eye movements * Increased deep tendon reflexes
