A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by malformations involving the hands, feet ears and face as well as deafness.

Symptoms

* Wide set eyes * Epicanthal folds * Narrow eye slits * Low set ears * Malformed ears * Mild finger webbing * Facial anomalies * Limb anomalies * Wide space between first two toes * Speech defect * Simian crease * Upslanted fissures * Small jaw * Short stature * Thickened skin on palms * Thickened skin on soles * Small head * Delayed teeth eruption * Flat palm * Highly arched palate * Foot anomalies * Irregular toe length * Papilloedema * Deafness * Broad nose * Short fingers * Missing teeth * Abnormal dermatoglyphics * Pigmented nevi * Cafe-au-lait spot
