A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by absent eyelashes and eyebrows as well a mental retardation .

* Mental retardation * Absent eyelashes * Absent eyebrows * Progressive spastic quadriplegia * Small head * Glaucoma * Malformed nose * Small nose * Beaked nose * Freckled skin * Abnormal gait * Abnormal teeth positioning * Osteoporosis * Droopy eyelid * Thin skin * Speech defect * Abnormal nipple placement * Small ears * Delayed bone age * Leg weakness * Small jaw * Small corneas * Short upper lip groove * Eye disc anomaly * Seizures * Short stature * Prominent ears
