Overview

A rare genetic malformation characterized by ambiguous genitalia in males due to absent or reduced testosterone production or response.

Symptoms

* External female phenotype * Very short phallus * Bilateral testes * Incomplete development of secondary sex characteristics * 5-alpha reductase deficiency * Undescended testes * Shallow vaginal opening * Hypospadias
