A rare syndrome characterized by dwarfism and other abnormalities characteristic of Seckel syndrome as well as hand and foot anomalies.

* Low birth weight * Failure to grow * Mental retardation * Sweet disposition * Dwarfism * Small head * Prominent nose * Beaked nose * Crossed eyes * Sparse hair * Hip dislocation * Clubfoot * Absent thumb * Cloaca-like malformation of genitourinary tract * Cloaca-like malformation of rectum * Small brain * Deformed liver * Ectopic kidney * Simian crease * Clinodactyly of fifth finger * Underdeveloped proximal fibula * Undescended testes * Facial asymmetry * Abnormal curvature of the spine * Underdeveloped external genitalia
