RareStory Campaign for Rare Disease Day 2018

TREND Community, a digital health platform for the rare disease community that is Turning Anecdotes into Evidence, created a Rare Disease Day campaign called #RareStory. Rare disease communities are invited onto the site to tell their stories, add pictures of their loved ones and are provided with a beautiful way to print and share these stories/posters. This is free for all participants.

Once the participant has created their story, they can choose to make it public or private to anyone within the platform. TREND Community does not share with anyone outside of the platform. There will be a "share" mechanism to social media for Rare Disease Day so that everyone can make a splash impact and raise awareness for their disease.
